The GV station at the University of Florida
Gainesville, Florida
The GV station is located on the roof of the New Engineering Building at the University of Florida in Gainesville.
We look forward to interacting with the U of F Lightning Research Lab,
which runs one of the premier lightning research programs in the nation. Their
primary interests include the physics of lightning, lightning location systems, and the
interaction of lightning with power and other distributed systems. We'd like to
thank Keith Rambo, Vlad Rakov, Martin Uman, Dave Crawford, Jim ?, Dave Blackman (and
anyone else we've forgotten) for their help and cooperation.
